We had the worst experience with Lisa Love, mortgage broker at SWBC Mortgage. This was the most incompetent person I have ever seen. Because of her we ended up paying 10 K more for the mortgage because she fooled us saying we do not quality for the mortgage we wanted. She told us the FHA rate will be lifted once the difference is covered but now, after three months of living in your house we found out that this will never happen and we will end up paying $200 more every month for 5 years!
