This company is outstanding GETTING your loan. Try calling them afterward and see what happens. I have had a mortgage here for eight years and am just off the phone now after calling and getting no answers for over a day. You get routed to an answering machine, leave a message and get no call back. I have been through two hurricanes and insurance issues.
