In 2021 shopped around for mortgage companies and really wanted to find a company that wouldn't sell their mortgages. Was promised by their sales rep they have never sold mortgages and I would not face that problem. Well, I just found out my mortgage was sold to another company. What a pain.
We were hesitant at first thinking it was impossible for self-employed like us to get approved for mortgage loan. But after talking to Dan and answering a few basic questions, it became very real for us that we would be able to buy our first home. Dan is warm, funny and knowledgeable. With all his advice, we were able to get our loan fast and smoothly. His team Karen and Natashia are also very professional and pleasure to work with. If you ever need a loan, go with them!
