I have never experienced such distasteful and petty behavior! To be sent an unnecessary, unprofessional, and COMPLETELY unwarranted email from Paul Cazalas attempting to shame me for not choosing SWBC as my lender is appalling! I did not sign an intent to proceed agreement, so I do not have to choose you as my lender! This is borderline predatory lending! This company needs to do better!
Horrible experience as a customer of a Credit Union using their BaconPay product. Over the past week I have attempted to make multiple payments using baconpay to my credit union. There is no way for me to mess up the account and routing number as it literally uses single sign-on to JP Morgan Chase to get the data. However, My scheduled payments have been reversed as invalid and BaconPay #1 never notified me of this and #2 provides no way for my credit union to help me solve this problem.
