Horrible, Horrible, the most unorganized, unethical, no common sense company I have done business with. Communication is terrible , what should take 15min (a signature) takes three weeks. Even when you live 15min away. When I called about my loss draft check I was given three different answers by 3 different representatives. No supervisor or management to immediately speak with it takes several days for them to call you back if you get a call back.
