Brenell was horrible to deal with. Took the money and didn't get the notices sent to tenants.

My husband and I went to Sway Law PC after we sold our duplex. We met with B Dean and she was very professional and helpful, putting us at ease and explaining the situation in such a way that we could both understand the process . I would not hesitate to go back to Sway Law, as she had a letter in the mail the next day to the appropriate people involved. Thank you so much B. Dean!

I say these guys are a joke. My slumlord hired these people to draw up some kind of legal notice which is full of mistakes notably the address of said property in dispute. Although I give 5 stars for costing my landlord money.
