Definitely the best rheumatologist I’ve had in 30+ years of treatment. Dr. Shah is thorough, extremely knowledgeable in her field and a great listener. She recently opened her own practice so make sure you get on her patient list.
I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for years while she was at Baptist. Since she’s started her own practice it’s been awful! You can’t ever reached anyone. I’ve left countless voicemails yet noone returns your call. This is not good customer service for your long standing patients. I’m beyond frustrated!
Doctor Shah is a great doctor. She is compassionate and do listen to what you have to say. She always tries to help you. I find that some of the reviews that she has are not fair to her. She has established her own practice so she can help her patients instead of surrendering to the insurance or institution’s will.
Dr. Shah has been instrumental with my care for Sarcoidosis, Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I have been struggling with a tremendous amount of nerve pain, inflammation, debilitating migraines, back pain, hip and leg pain, muscle spasms, weight gain and more for over 2 years. Especially after another spine surgery, everything just worsened for me. I have gained so much weight. Dr. Shah listens, asks questions, is caring, patient and takes time to explain.
