Dr. Sista is amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel well cared from my Dr. She and her RN were wonderful. The care they provided me was excellent and outstanding.
She is very detailed, kind and professional. I love her.
I have been working very closely with Dr. Sista for my thyroid that went off the charts in 2022. She is the absolute best physician I have had the pleasure working with. She is patient, works with your body’s needs and explains every little detail as to why she is doing things the way she does. Being a retired nurse I can appreciate her bedside manner. Working in healthcare has given me the opportunity to work and interact with multiple doctors during my career. One thing I have learned from my experience, is that besides expertise, patients look for empathy and compassion, and that, is what characterizes Dr. Swathi Sista. She is an amazing and compassionate doctor. The doctor takes the time to listen and explain everything understandably. I never feel rushed in my appointments. I am so grateful to have her managing my diabetes care. Thank you Dr. Sista
Not happy with the first appointment. I’m first time diagnosed with diabetes so I don’t know much about it and have some questions. She didn’t answer all my questions or she didn’t want to answer them. She gave me an impression that I’m wasting her time when she told me “another patient is waiting”, like she treated me for free.
