Chase and the whole S.W.A.T. Team made the process super easy! He was very careful with the machinery (we have 4 floors and lots of stairs) He was also knowledgeable explained everything that he would be doing to the dryer vents, the air ducts, furnaces and finally the gutters. Very professional outfit! I would highly recommend!
Chase provided stellar customer service. He was absolutely amazing, kind, respectful, and just went above and beyond including the recommendation to put a new furnace filter in before turning the furnace back on. He was on time and walked me thrive what he was going to do before showing before and after pics. Oh my gosh the amount of gunk, dust, lint, hair, grime, etc. that were in our ducts was crazy. Thank u for the excellent service 10000% satisfied. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
The quoting and scheduling process was seamless and easy, and I felt personally attended to! Chase did an excellent job with our windows - I never thought they could look so clean again. He was efficient, professional and kind. Absolutely recommend!
I would highly recommend SWAT window cleaning. Richie was our staff member. He went above and beyond to do the very best job. We have a LOT of windows and they were very dirty. They are sparkling and clean now and he even offered to come back in two days to check to make sure everything looks perfect - because he finished at 8 p.m..! Thank you, Richie and SWAT!
