Phenomenal service from the technician, Tyler. Company as a whole delivered above and beyond service. An AC company was out at my house earlier yesterday morning and used the hose to spray down my AC unit and was tugging on the hose so hard he pulled the waterline out of the wall, caused significant flooding in kitchen and living room as is leaked through the wall. SWAT did a great job. Had a major sewer brake and blockage. They came and took care of it. Very professional took care of plants and things around the affected area. Good communication. Play ever need plumbing job I will definitely call them again
AHS assigned SWAT to come out for a slab leak. They said they could get us on the schedule for a Friday morning. My husband called at 8am to find out the approximate time they would arrive and we were told there was one appt ahead of us then they would be coming to our house. I waited at the house all day for them. We followed up at 1pm and were told we were next. I called at 2pm and was told the plumber was headed to Plano for a luxury home addition to price bidets and/or water conditioner, meanwhile we're without water. We... read more

Their lead time is very long, but when I told them we were hosting a Bridal Shower this weekend, they were able to fit us into their busy schedule within 48 hours. I would highly recommend them if their busy schedule fits your emergency repair needs - definitely worth a phone call.
