Equipment is great and the classes are well structured. The locker rooms are always clean and include a steam room. Staff has always been helpful. Just recently upgraded cardio equipment. The only catch is most of the classes are structured for stay at home moms or old people, need to improve HIIT training schedule. Great place not too crowded
SWAT is an amazing life-changing place! My husband won a makeover that was partly sponsored by SWAT and they generously included me in their offer of a 3-month membership, sessions with a personal trainer - Marta Franco is awesome! - classes and daycare for our daughter. Together we have lost over 50 pounds through exercise and eating more healthfully. We had lost some weight prior to joining through calorie counting but seemed to plateau with working out. I love the gym, the classes, the people... Everything
Worst Customer service in a long time. Traveled to this gym with a friend to see what all that monthly would get me and, although the facility was nice enough (nothing amazing) the staff was rude. Then a friend purchased a sports massage for me and I called and set up an appointment for a week in advance with them, which I was informed was never set up and again was treated rudely by staff. I'll save over $50 dollars a month and get better treatment elsewhere
Make sure you watch the "free trail" contract these clowns "hook you up" with. It includes an automatic enrollment in a year-long contract that has no termination fee - you must pay out the FULL amount of the contract in order to terminate. The the staff ignorant of the admin functions of the business (it took me 3 weeks of calling around to cancel because I wasn't the "Primary" account holder, even though it was my credit card paying for the membership).
