Not a good place to spend your hard earned money. Since our initial contact they have consistently failed to return calls, failed to install a system that adequately abates radon in our home, and failed to clean up after themselves. The contract they only provide by email is clearly not designed to benefit the consumer, only to benefit and protect the business. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
Fan quit after two years. Made an appointment to replace, weeks out, confirmed multiple times, then tech never showed. They said I cancelled. Refused to take responsbility. Avoid.
Awful company. Called trying to get them to come service my mitigation pump and they told me they “don’t service my area anymore” even though my 5yr warranty was still valid. So I had to call another company to come fix what they wouldn’t, and that company told me what a terrible job they did installing it. I do not recommend this company!
Had my fan quit at just 5 years. Called the Wisconsin number on the installation sticker for service appointment and was told there's a $250 service charge. The Tech showed up at 8:10 in the morning even though my confirmed appointment was for 12 Noon to 5 PM. Luckily I could postpone my errands/appointments. The tech mentioned that my fan was still operable, but the motor control box had failed. He said the motor control box wasn't necessary for my system. I'm a Realtor and have to have radon mitigation done a couple times a year. My normal person was not available so I called SWAT. After the job was done and paid for, I kept getting bills emailed to me so I emailed and they said there was an additional charge of $299 for a "coring charge" which is when they have to use a different drill to drill through stone. I responded that there was no stone, just a regular block foundation. No one ever responded so I thought they may have removed the charge. Nope, got another bill emaile... read more
