Absolutely terrible business ethics. They warranty a fan no problem one year later fan is no good again.since they sent me the fan last time now my warranty is void. This was never disclosed this to me. This isn't the way to handle business. There just happy to make money and write you off.

Not a good place to spend your hard earned money. Since our initial contact they have consistently failed to return calls, failed to install a system that adequately abates radon in our home, and failed to clean up after themselves. The contract they only provide by email is clearly not designed to benefit the consumer, only to benefit and protect the business. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Fan quit after two years. Made an appointment to replace, weeks out, confirmed multiple times, then tech never showed. They said I cancelled. Refused to take responsbility. Avoid.

Awful company. Called trying to get them to come service my mitigation pump and they told me they “don’t service my area anymore” even though my 5yr warranty was still valid. So I had to call another company to come fix what they wouldn’t, and that company told me what a terrible job they did installing it. I do not recommend this company!
