Run don’t walk away! Absolutely pathetic work by this company. Terrible service and work for a radon system. Delayed our teams closing due to the work the contractor did so badly. No one would call back and when they finally did they were unkind. The system vent didn’t extend beyond roof and his excuse was the ladder was too short… okay get a longer ladder. It was not sealed to exterior of home, pipe not straight, caulking looks like a toddler did it, trash and concrete was left by the contractor. Never use this company!
Absolutely the worst service and work. Delayed closing due to the work the contractor did so poorly. No one called me back and I had to insist on an appointment. Contractor couldn’t figure out how to get to address on second time and work was so poor it took forever to repair. Vent didn’t extend beyond roof, said ladder too short, not sealed to exterior of home, pipe not even straight, terrible caulking job, trash and concrete left by contractor. Never use this company unless you want to babysit them.

Very upset with our experience with this company. We initially had them out in December/January. The installers made a mistake and caused our sump pump backup system to kick in (it’s water powered). Because of this our water bill exceeded over $500. SWAT promised a partial refund to make up the difference. However after several emails, and phone calls we are being ignored. Save the trouble and go with someone else. We will be fighting the charge with our financial institutions.
