Much like the other reviews for S.W.A.T., Justin was responsive until after payment in full was received and then failed to follow up despite providing a warranty in writing.

We purchased our home in 2020 and it was discovered during the inspection that there was a bat problem in our attic. Justin from SWAT did the initial work with a 5 year warranty. July of 2024 we had a bat in our basement so I contacted Justin to see if he could take a look since we were still under warranty. At first, Justin was responsive and said he’d get there within the week. Do not trust this person. We paid him $1800 cash with a 4 year guarantee. Completely ghosted us. Stole from us. Untrustworthy.

0/5. Please listen to the past reviews. I didn’t listen and now I paid the price. Signed a contract for squirrel removal and to close the entry point with flashing. 2 months ago. June 4th 2024 to be exact and now it is July 27th. The trap is still sitting on my roof and the entry point still hasn’t been closed. I’ve contacted him several times and have been ghosted.
