Absolutely the worst and so unprofessional she absolutely does not value anyone's time my appointment was for 11:30 they told me to arrive 15 minutes early after waiting for 45 minutes I finally say hey is she extremely backed up what's going on nobody gave me any information they said oh she's still with her 11:00 a.m. I said but it's almost 12:00 right now and they said yeah she's running really far behind. Dr. Fields did an exceptional job at my appointment. Very professional and very thorough through the entire process. I would definitely be seeing Dr Fields on my next visit.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Fields as my primary care provider. At my recent visit, I waited approximately 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, which was frustrating in itself. More concerning, however, was the overall interaction. I did not feel heard or respected when discussing my health concerns.
