Dr. kancherla is excellent in every way. She is professional and knowledgeable in surgery and friendly to patients. The entire cataract surgery team was great. The prep and recovery nurses were consistent on checking patient comfort and providing information about what they were doing. I would recommend them to everyone.
Excellent service. Came in direct contact with 5-6 employees, all very personable and professional. Took the time to explain everything to me.
My experience is divided between the medical staff - who were stellar and conversional about my specific treatment versus the support staff who did not respond to my calls that were made when the surgical scheduling staff contacted me for information. Someone finally contacted me on the day prior to the procedure. I had called and left messages 3 times prior to their last minute call.
Each person was welcoming and friendly and explaining each step very well. Dawn at the front desk, Neil, Taylor and Dr. Kancherla all were wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable.
