We recently hired Swartz Builders to do a total roof replacement of our house and garage, including some roof deck and overhang modifications. Philip Byers was a pleasure to work with and gave us a very detailed quote on the work involved, the price and the timeline to finish. Hired Swartz builders for a project to convert our bonus room into a home theater/media room. Their entire crew was extremely professional and did a fantastic job for us and at the agreed contract price. They cleaned up the entire space after the work was finished. Would highly recommend them for any projects and already looking forward to working with them on our next 2 projects.
We enjoyed the most exceptional experience in hiring Swartz Builders for an enormous basement remodel. The project included a large office/recording studio with adjacent conference area, a TV lounge, full bath with shower, a small kitchenette, and a very large storage room with floor-to-ceiling cabinets throughout. We’ve worked with Swartz Builders on three separate remodels over the past 15 years, and they’ve been outstanding every single time. Our initial project was finishing an unfinished basement with the addition of a bedroom and full bath. The second project was an entire ground floor remodel, including full remodel of the kitchen.
