Absolutely a wonderful company ! Marco came today for seasonal maintenance. He was very knowledgeable , professional and had great customer service! After a recent huge renovation using a well known a/c company, Swartz air, Marco discovered that the previous company never installed a humidistat… but sold us a new whole house humidifier that hasn’t been functioning! Hard to find honest companies that care about their customers and not just making money. Very happy to have found Swartz Air ! And Marco is a gem!

Best deal that I could find! Great communication through the entire process. They work with a bank and make sure you can get financed to cover everything. No pressure from them at all. They showed up on time for the install, were very professional, and did a quick and excellent job getting our new unit installed and AC back up and running! I shopped around quite a bit and swartz was by far the best option. Highly recommended, will 100% be using and recommending them for any future HVAC needs!
Great experience with them. Our AC stopped working and I tried looking into many of the common problems with no luck. They were out to my place the morning I messaged them and the technician communicated with me promptly and politely. Fixed our issue for a reasonable price.
