We used Swartz to add AC to our new house and replace the furnace. Great team! They were so efficient and professional and had very reasonable prices. Would absolutely recommend Charlie and his team.
Such a great experience. They hooked in my Aprilaire dehumidifier in a couple hours. They manage to wire it to kick on the furnace fan automatically. We’ve immediately noticed a difference and no longer have to run the AC just to reduce the humidity in the house. We typically see 60-70% humidity without the ac. This unit runs automatically and has kept it <50% Definitely will be reaching out for when we end up replacing the entire hvac.
I’ve known Charlie Swartz for a long time. He 100% stands behind the work he and his associates provide. Regardless of the size of the HVAC job, he will deliver.
