I had such a great experience at Swarovski! Darren welcomed me so warmly the moment I walked in and was incredibly kind throughout the whole visit. He helped me find my ring size with so much patience and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Thank you, Darren, for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable! the people who works there has really bad attitude， treat costumers like we owe them money, specially the women with red hair and having glasses on, feel like discriminate against the different people not recommend this place to anyone.
The score was all because of the amazing amazing people at the store. CARMEN was soooooooo helpful. She was super kind and amazing. We are so grateful for her. Thanks Carmen you are the best!!!
