I had absolutely NO intentions of making a purchase when I walked into the Swarovski Outlet yesterday… and then I met Diana! 😂 Diana was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for and not only showed me pieces I knew I would love, but somehow managed to show me things I didn’t even know I was interested in!
