This was my first time ever at a Swarovski store and it was really good in the beginning. Greta was very helpful, and super knowledgeable. The store had a beautiful set up. However, Amanda the assistant manger ruined the entire purchase process. She came out from her “break” annoyed/frustrated at Greta for no reason.
