Awesome staff! I purchased a matrix tennis bracelet at Christmas time and it started falling off a lot and I just got lucky that I noticed every time. I took it into the store today with my receipt and right away the older woman was grabbing another one right away and the woman at the register started working on the exchange under warranty. I was so nervous that I’d have to fight to get it replaced but it was so easy and I’m so happy!
The team here is top notch! They provided a fantastic consultation experience. As someone in high end sales, I applaud this team! Judy is amazing! Will continue to shop here for life!
I am getting married in 2 years and have been struggling to find a jewelry store (besides pandora) to work with me on finding a set to give my bridesmaid the employee Jordan was the one who helped me and he was super helpful and understanding. He helped put some sets together and even told a set that I am particularly interested in was no longer going to be sold next year and helped me find a backup set in case I couldn't get the set in time. Good evening. Today was my daughter Birthday and I had the best experience and excellent customer service from Israel , a very polite and sweet employee from Swarovski on Naples store. I live in Miami Beach and my daughter Tainá lives in Naples and unfortunately I couldn’t go to enjoy her birthday together.
