I am writing to formally complain about my experience with Jeanette, the manager at the Swarovski store in Naples, FL. Her conduct was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. I drove over an hour to this location seeking assistance with my Ariana Grande earrings, only to be told—without any effort to investigate or help—that the broken post was not covered under warranty. Love the brand. Hate this location. Will never shop here again because customer service is lacking. I am quite certain they scope out (using whatever algorithm in their own brains) who they think will spend and tailor their service and attention to those individuals… it’s a shame that their algorithm is off… Many of you will be able to read between the lines here.
Awesome staff! I purchased a matrix tennis bracelet at Christmas time and it started falling off a lot and I just got lucky that I noticed every time. I took it into the store today with my receipt and right away the older woman was grabbing another one right away and the woman at the register started working on the exchange under warranty. I was so nervous that I’d have to fight to get it replaced but it was so easy and I’m so happy!
The team here is top notch! They provided a fantastic consultation experience. As someone in high end sales, I applaud this team! Judy is amazing! Will continue to shop here for life!
