visited this Swarovski location recently and had an uncomfortable experience with a sales associate. She touched my personal watch without asking and made a personal comment about my partner’s appearance while we were clearly together. Her tone felt passive-aggressive and unwelcoming, which made the interaction feel unprofessional. I expect better boundaries and customer service from a luxury brand.

Came in earlier this week to shop for Christmas and was helped out by the nicest gal Jennifer. Super sweet let me try on tons of jewlery and gave great opinions on which ones I should buy! will be coming back ☺️☺️
