I went to the Swarovski store at Victoria Gardens on Thursday 8/6/2026 specifically to purchase an anniversary present for my wife. The posted opening time was 10:00 a.m. I had just finished working an entire night shift, yet I still waited outside the locked store from 10:00 a.m. until after 11:00 a.m. No employee arrived to open the store, and there was no sign, explanation, update, or indication that anyone cared enough to inform the ... read more
Wonderful and kindhearted staff, always excited to help and amazing recommendations when I don’t know what to get!
I always shop at the south cost plaza location. This was my first time at this location. Unfortunately had the worst experience with the sales associate. She literally left me while helping and jump to another customer who just entered the store without telling to wait. I left the store and went to my usual location and bought the piece I wanted with better service and better price. I won’t go back there.
This is the best Swarovski in the area. Everyone's provide absolutely the best service everytime we shop here. Will recommend them over and over
