Today I came to repair two pieces that broke and need to be mailed out and glued. The online customer service group said I needed was proof of purchase and to go to my local store. When arriving for repairs for the third time in 2 months, the supervisor was very aggressive and condescending. When I called customer service while at the store the team member said they could provide the box. She denied assistance and was extremely unprofessional. Note to future purchases, for to MOA vs Eagan outlet.
Staff was rude and pretentious. Will not return. I can understand why the store is completely empty
Good selection of items for an outlet location. The salesperson was so helpful and patient with me. Had to get some jewelry for my wife. I have bought several pieces from different collections in the past and wanted to get a new style for this Christmas. 1.5 weeks before Christmas, and the staff took their time with me and helped me pick out something beautiful that my wife will love!! I'll be back to this location!
Very limited crystal figurine selection and focus seems more on jewelry. Sad, as I used to always go to this store because they had the latest and best figurines.
