By far one of the worst customer service experience ever. This is my second time coming to this location and the young girl named SARAH is the worst sales person ever. I've never in my life had such absolutely poor, insulting customer service in my life. From the actual manager of the store or at least her badge said manager. I purchased four Swarovski bracelets on Amazon. And I had a question so I called the real Swarovski and they answered the question. But I said oh you know I didn't get a bag or bow. During my time at Swarovski yesterday it was horrible. My boyfriend and I were shopping for promise rings, we walk in and this gay black guy greets us and we greet back and let him know what we’re looking for. As he shows us i tell him that their selection of promise rings are very small scale meaning they just didn’t have what i was looking for. I love Swarovski, and this store does not disappoint. Perfect lighting, spotless store and beautiful pieces. I did not buy anything because I had other plans but I will go back. I have my eye on a ring and ornament.
Such a lovely store! So much fun to shop and see all the pretty items.
