I had an excellent experience at Swarovski in Royalmount Mall. Miriam provided outstanding service — she was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. My mother and I went into this store to buy a gift for a friend. When we arrived, the clerk was already helping another customer, so we waited patiently and browsed around. We found what we were looking for, but as soon as the clerk finished with her customer, three white women walked in. The clerk immediately helped them without acknowledging that we had been waiting. Je suis cliente depuis plus que 10 ans de Swarovski, mais cette fois je suis tellement déçue du service, une certaine qui s’appelle Sabrina, pour le prix que j’ai payé je m’attendais pas à ce service médiocres, la fille me posait des questions tellement personnelles et me juge avec ses reactions, franchement j’ai pas aimé le service du tout, pourtant le set que j’ai pris est vraiment wow j’adore
