I had such a lovely experience at Swarovski thanks to Guilherme! He was incredibly kind and patient while helping me pick out the perfect gifts for my family. His friendly attitude and great taste made everything so easy and enjoyable — I’m really grateful for his amazing service!
Really great staff — the young lady helped me choose a gift, didn’t rush me, and really paid attention to what I wanted.
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. An older lady with short hair was extremely rude and dismissive. She acted as if I didn’t know anything about jewelry and even made comments suggesting I had bad taste—completely uncalled for. I was buying a gift for my wife and almost walked out because of her attitude. The other saleswoman was barely paying attention and didn’t seem interested in helping us either.
