BEWARE, this Swarovski WILL NOT honor their return policy. Initially purchased a ring set and then exchanged it for a different size however, ultimately I decided to return it as the quality of the rings did not match. I was well within the 14 days period in their policy however a return/refund was DENIED, no where on their written policy does it say that a refund is not honored after a sizing exchange. I will be filing a formal claim with the BBB and submit a consumer protection complaint at State's AG as well as to the Fed... read more
