Rude! I was just in there, and the employee with black hair and glasses signaled the blonde employee almost to eagle eye us. Very uncomfortable, unprofessional, just plain rude. FYI people that look like me do spend money at stores like this. We by no means had intentions of stealing or whatever you thought we were going to do.
I went in yesterday looking for jewelry as I was going to a wedding and both Grace & Ezinne were so sweet! They spent over an hour with me trying to find the best statement pieces to pair with my dress and heels. They went above and beyond to provide more than just customer service, they gave me the support & confidence I needed to style up for the wedding. I recommend you go in asking for these two ladies as they are phenomenal, and deserve a promotion! I will definitely be back! 🤍
Julissa the store manager does not know how to lead by example nor did she provide good customer service - she shouldn’t be in a mgmt position.
