Not sure if we came on a day Naomi wasn’t feeling it but I’ve had the most horrible service that day. It was like she couldn’t be bothered to help. She was super dismissive and basically did not want to help.
Naomi is extremely knowledgable about Swarovski products! When we were considering certain pieces, she would then go and find additional pieces to complete the look. She took the time to really help us … listening to what we like and then offering exactly the right items! My sister and I both now have amazing additions to our Swarovski collections! We look forward to working with her again on our next trip to Montreal.
