After visiting the Vienna store, this store is very low tier. I would definitely suggest saving your money and time.
Well taken care of, shelves were very tidy and organized, loved the display swapping for new items. Olivia and Kaylee were amazing and very thoughtful.
November, 27, 2024, Was there before store opened. A female opened the door at 10:00. I was never greeted with even a hello. A young man with hair hanging down in front of his face was at the counter. I was never spoken to. I looked around about 5-7 minutes and still no conversation. I left totally disgusted We have been collecting Swarovski since 1990 and had 3 memberships.
