Maybe update the hours online so people don’t waste their time? I got off work , placed an order for a gift, checked online to make sure they would be open and when I get there I get turned away. I arrived at 8:30pm when they “close” at 9. The most valuable asset we have is our time and they have wasted mine.

So I took my necklace to get it polished here and they just told me that they don’t do that service? The representative was a young girl just unwelcoming me and I just felt like an odd vibe at this location like they just look at you up and down and don’t want to do any service for you. I took it to a different location in Chicago and I got my necklace polished there and asked them why didn’t they service me in Aurora? They were shocked and were telling me that sounded unprofessional I will never visit here again lol.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I absolutely would. I came in to have an item fixed that I originally purchased from another Swarovski location on Michigan Avenue—where the customer service was outstanding—and to get other jewelry cleaned that I bought from a store in Las Vegas, which also provided great service. As soon as I walked in, I was met by Valeria, and another associate named Jaylin, who were both incredibly rude and dismissive. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a Swarovski store.
