If I could give this store 0 stars, I absolutely would. I came in to have an item fixed that I originally purchased from another Swarovski location on Michigan Avenue—where the customer service was outstanding—and to get other jewelry cleaned that I bought from a store in Las Vegas, which also provided great service.
