I received two Swarovski items as a going away gift from my employer. They were not to my taste. I went into the Charlestown retail outlet to exchange them and was told I needed a receipt or the phone number of members. I work in a large organisation of over 3000 people, I have no idea who purchased them nor am I going to ask my former employer for a receipt. I was looking for some authentic jewelry for birthday and I was lucky to come across your lovely staff who without a shadow of a double was helpful, friendly but not pushy. Most of the sales assistant these days are too persistent and somewhat too pushy. However, this experience was different and I felt good to stay in store and choose without being rushed. Very important to created that environment and luckily I found what I was looking for and the whole experience was great.
