A Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience at Swarovski I went to Swarovski to purchase a tennis necklace, bracelet, and stud earrings, excited to make a special purchase. Encountered a very rude sales associate. Will never spend money here again. Avoid.
I had an amazing experience shopping here. I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Alicia is a great person and amazing with customer service. She made sure everything was done to perfection and answered all my questions while keeping an engaging conversation! 10/10 wonderful overall!!
Very rude attitude from the Service counter representative. Her Service was okay but the attitude towards the customer was very rude and ridiculous for no reason. The other two staff seemed very nice but the girl at the counter acts as If she owns the store and throwing stuff for free, that customers are actually buying, Store needs to hire good people and give proper training to deal better. Would never go again into this or any other Swarovski
