Bought their drop earrings for 129 dollars and can not get in my ears, tried multiple times and ears were bleeding. Went back to store and salesclerk shrugged her shoulders and said to bad 14 day exchange only. Last purchase there ever!
Very disappointed my Swarovski diamond fell out of my ring . Very disappointed as the representative did absolutely nothing. Had receipt to show ring was only bought 12 days prior...beware people. Cheaply made. Customer service is awful
Purchased a necklace online as a gift, however it wasn't ever delivered to this location from Tangerine even after 3 weeks. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Swarovski's service. Couldn't give the gift at the time of the event and promised to give it once I receive it, but I never did even though I was provided with a tracking number.
