I would pass by this store if I were you. I bought a necklace here last week getting assurances I had 14 days to return the necklace or could return it at the Mall of America , both by of which were untrue. You can’t even get to the store as it’s behind security, and there is no affiliation between this store and real Swarovski stores. I am not someone to complain about retail service often as I have worked my fair share in fine jewelry (5+years) however this was exceptionally poor and I really left because of the employee working. The employee spoke but little to me but asked if I was only window shopping and then proceeded to ask “do you even own any Swarovski” I felt judged and had this taken place at a store I have worked for I know I would have been spoken to by management. As a rewards member I will only be shopping online from now on lol!

The store is beautiful but the manager, Amethyst was terrible. I actually don’t know how she is employed by them let alone is a manager. Here’s the story. I stopped in on a layover. It appeared to be shift change and she and the exiting employee were deep in conversation. A third employee who I believe to also be done with her shift graciously helped me. Very nice place and selection was very good. Prices were better than what is in the states.
