Bought a beautiful bracelet and the gems started falling off not even a week from buying it. I tried to returned it to the store arrive 6:45p and the doors were already locked while the associate sat there ignoring my presence. Very poor costumer service.
I bought a ring and have a year warranty and the silver is peeling off and turning rose gold... it’s still under warranty and Hamid was not helpful. Telling me I had to pay the difference of exchanging the SAME ring bc it’s now a different price. I have the original receipt and warranty receipt I should be able to just exchange it. Hamid was also very rude. Not a good employee at all... couldn’t answer any of my questions, and was just totally blowing me off.
