Horrible customer service. They refused to honor their return policy by saying they don't know how to record the transition. ???!!!!
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. In a place where customers come in and spend at least $300 the least you can expect is good customer service. We were not greeted at all upon entrance. There was a girl that had a hijab on that kept leaving the floor to go in the back room and eat and she would come back with a mouth full of food. Love love love Swarovski!!! They have a beautiful selection of Swarovski crystals that are figurines to jewelry.
Great service when you make a purchase in the store, however would not recommend to buy from them online. They have a great warranty though, if your jewlery gets damaged they fix it and send it back.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would give them zero stars, but you can't leave a review without giving at least one star!!! When my husband realized a Christmas gift he purchased for me was nothing more than "Made in China" garbage, we went back to the store to return the item, well within the allowed return period. Suffice it to say, the employees are very kind when you are there to make a purchase, but when they realize you are making a return, not an exchange and that you don't want store credit, their tone changes very quick... read more
Awesome mall. They have all of the stores that I love!!!
We stopped at Lenox grill for lunch during the week. The food was great and very reasonably priced. I particularly liked the professionalism of the waiter. We were a part of 6 and he did a great job taking care of all of us. The food came fast and the drinks were quickly refilled.
