I had a very disappointing experience at the Swarovski store in Park Royal. I bought a necklace and a ring as a gift, and I even received a gift receipt. Unfortunately, within just two days, the stone on the ring fell out. When we returned to the store to address the issue, the staff told us they couldn’t do anything because the item had been 'used.' I absolutely love Swarovski’s products—I receive and I gift a lot of Swarovski. Unfortunately, the delivery experience with UPS was terrible. My order was never delivered (paid extra to be delivered on a specific date as it was a gift), and I had to go to the store in person to finally get what I ordered. I couldn’t even use my online discount, though the lovely lady working there was kind enough to offer her own discount (thank you!). I still ended up paying slightly more than I would have online. It's been over 6 years since I've been purchasing any type of Jewelry from this place, for birthday and anniversary gifts. Not a single time I walk out of this location with the satisfaction of knowing I've got a decent deal for my “loyalty member deal” as they might put it. I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that when it comes to emails, they lure you into believing you're going to get the steal of the deal, but when push comes to shove, upon paying, you won't see any sort of discount.
