For Greta, Assistant Manager, who was amazing in customer service and really helped me.
Disappointed with my Swarovski experience. Bought a $200 bracelet that broke within 6 months of normal use. When I reached out, customer service said there's no warranty. Unexpected for a brand known for quality. The lack of durability and after-sales support is concerning. I expected better from Swarovski, especially given the price point. Potential buyers should consider this before purchasing.
I hate the ugly colour the store is. I wish they would turn all the stores back to the pretty royal blue. Most of the pieces looked cheap and like costume jewellery. I walked out with no purchase. Not worth the visit.
