We came into the store today, October 6, 2025, around 4:30 PM, and honestly, the service was terrible. The Asian girl with glasses (I think her name starts with M) looked straight at us and then looked away without even saying hello. No greeting, no acknowledgment at all. It was extremely rude, and we’ve never experienced that kind of treatment at Swarovski before. I have made more than 20 visits to this store in the past and the great deals always get me. Very friendly staff, Yin the manager is very flexible and she really focuses in customer satisfaction. The staff knows the products well and as a collector, I can 100% recommend this store. Although you may expect less personal attention because the amount of people in the store, this is not the case, the store has a lot of staff and you get personal attention 100% .

The staff were nice but this is more of a reflection of the company’s processes. I ordered online a piece with gift wrapping and card. They provided the gift in a bag that didn’t fit (long thin jewelry box sticking out of bag) and a plain (non foldable) card without envelope, which I then had to repackage into a gift. When charging high price for the wrapping, it’s expected to be gift-able.
