Even though I didn’t make a purchase during my visit, I was so impressed with the level of service I received. The young lady working was attentive without being pushy and made me feel completely comfortable exploring my options. The selections she showed me was beautiful, and I truly appreciated how patient and informative she was. I’m not good with names but I do remember her introducing herself as the assistant manager and I look forward to returning in the future to finalize my purchase.
had a very disappointing experience at the Swarovski store in Freehold Raceway Mall. I went in to exchange a ring after one of the stones had fallen out. I was simply trying to explain the situation and ask about my options, and I was fully willing to pay for shipping for a replacement.( didn’t even get a chance to talk about it) Unfortunately, the associate helping me was extremely rude and did not let me finish my sentence. The worst Swarovski ever . I will never go back to that store the manager is extremely rude . No wonder why are closing everywhere.
Staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
