Shiranya was amazing. I had some issues with an online ship to home order that was a nightmare.. I was ready to never shop Swarovski again.. and then this associate restored my faith. She deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded for the stellar customer service she provides! Also shout out to Katie.. when I came in to the shop she was pleasant and professional. These girls are assets to your shop!
The store claimed to be closed at 8pm and I called in the afternoon to confirm that. But when I came to the store at 7:10pm, the store has been closed already. this is very disappointed. I came to here after work and drove more than 50 minutes! i feel i cannot trust the store.
