I had a great experience with Kerry today at the American dream mall. I walked in not sure what I really wanted. I looked around and had my eyes on the rings, however Kerry was super super great really. I never leave reviews. Kerry definitely deserves a shoutout. Made my time at Swarovski feel the best. And her customer service 🙌. Please make sure to stop by on your days off. She’s great.

My experience with Kerry was lovely! I had originally gone to a different Swarovski store and felt pressured into buying a set that didn't really feel like me for my bridal jewelry. So, I came here to make an exchange and I'm so glad I did! Kerry was kind and accommodating as my mom and I tried to find jewelry that actually felt more like my vibe. She really helped make the experience a positive one and now I'm truly excited about the pieces I have.
The one star review is for the bad quality and the store manager Kerry. My husband purchased a pair of Swarovski lab-grown diamond earrings for me as a surprise gift. Given that I don’t want to get my ears pierced, we went to the store to return them. The store manager Kerry took her time to inspect the items and told us she couldn’t accept the return because the earrings have clear signs of wears and scratches. Back in March, was my first time visiting the American Dream Mall and the stores I visited all had wonderful sales representative's.
