The one star review is for the bad quality and the store manager Kerry. My husband purchased a pair of Swarovski lab-grown diamond earrings for me as a surprise gift. Given that I don’t want to get my ears pierced, we went to the store to return them. The store manager Kerry took her time to inspect the items and told us she couldn’t accept the return because the earrings have clear signs of wears and scratches. As mentioned reviews, there is a middle age white woman with brown hair and blue eyes she is very rude and should not be working there. Her attitude is condenscending towards the customers, I felt discriminated. I was treated poorly by the sale consultant at this location. I've purchased at other locations and never had an issue. During a visit on 3/14/25 I wanted to purchas a pen in white color, I was browsing through the box of samples. I asked the sales lady "Kerry" if she had white available and she said "No" at first.
