Be very aware purchasing anything from this store, the receipt clearly states a 30-day return policy and the product that we purchased was defective and we were refused a return. The manager , Joanne was very unsympathetic and completely unwilling to deal with this in a logical manner, a 1 star rating is too much. I tried to return a defective item within the 30 day return policy and they said no. Horrible customer service I will never shop Swarovski again.
We came to replace my ring that my boyfriend got me and a gem was missing, and Joanne the store manager that was assisting us was very accusatory of how I was wearing the ring when I had only been off and on wearing it due to water contact which I was aware of. The attitude towards us was very different compared to the other customer she was assisting. Very lovely company that I adore but never shopping at this location again.

I purchased a ring at the Swarovski store in Chinook Mall on November 13. On November 18, I came back to return it. The ring was completely new — never worn, only tried on at home — and I had the receipt and full original packaging. The staff member who helped me (an older blonde woman, whom I later recognized from several other negative reviews) was very rude and insisted the ring “looked worn,” which was simply not true.
