Swarovski is generally very nice customer service… when buying… however when I returned an item today the older white woman at the counter, who seems to have been brought up in all negative reviews, was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I had the receipt and an unworn item. She tried to say she might now be able to do it (for no reason). Then she said oh the box isn’t in selling condition I can’t return this. I bought a bracelet online that was the wrong one, I went to this store to return it. The staff were helpful & efficient. I received my refund about 4-5 days later to my bank. I was glad I didn’t have to mail it back.

There is no worse jewelry service than the one that creates it in a very bad way, starting with the manager. My husband and I have gone to this jewelry store 3 times to buy because we like it or liked it until yesterday was the last time. The worst thing is that the manager has been the one who has served us and she has a serious racism problem.
