I purchased a ring at the Swarovski store in Chinook Mall on November 13. On November 18, I came back to return it. The ring was completely new — never worn, only tried on at home — and I had the receipt and full original packaging. The staff member who helped me (an older blonde woman, whom I later recognized from several other negative reviews) was very rude and insisted the ring “looked worn,” which was simply not true. Had a fantastic experience at the Swarovski store in Chinook! The staff were welcoming and attentive, and Joanne was an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, kind and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be visiting this location again.
My spouse visited this location on October 11, 2025, to return an unworn piece of jewelry in its original packaging. He had the card used for the purchase and the receipt ready. Instead of handling the return at the till, the staff made a public display of inspecting the jewelry at a display counter before even asking for the receipt. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with both the Swarovski product and the subsequent service. I purchased a beautiful gold plated ring set in November 2024 from Chinook Center.
