I am not the 1st one writing this type of review. That lady Joanne has the worst costumer service!!! She shouldn't be working in retail. Has zero skills foe treating people, is rude and had no manners!! I almost left, but Magda was the one that actually helped me. Would i come back?? Probably not, specially if I see that woman Joanne. Time to retire or find a job where you don't have to interact with people.

I went into Swarovski today hoping to find a birthday gift for myself. I didn’t have anything specific in mind and simply wanted to browse. Unfortunately, within a minute of entering, three or four sales associates approached me repeatedly, asking what I was looking for and if I needed help. I understand they are doing their job, but it felt overwhelming and I wasn’t given a chance to browse on my own. I found the experience quite irritating and disappointing, so I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

I am an avid jewelry shopper and I must say, this location takes the cake for their amazing staff. Every one I have shopped with here seems to genuinely care about their customers (unlike a lot of retail stores these days). They are talkative and fun to interact with, it is refreshing to see staff enjoy being at work. Can’t recommend enough.
