I went to pick up on online order, which was packed perfectly & in great condition. But when I arrived no one was in the store to greet, the sales-floor was completely empty. It was about 15 mins before a young lady with long black hair, came out from the back and stated: “I didn’t know anyone was in the store.” Leaving the store empty while the door is wide open isn’t safe to the employees who work there. Not to friendly
As others have said, they are good until they get your money. No return despite extenuating circumstances- loss of a job, traveling out of the country, etc. Super disappointed.
