As others have said, they are good until they get your money. No return despite extenuating circumstances- loss of a job, traveling out of the country, etc. Super disappointed.

Purchased an item online for click and collect in store. Upon receiving email notification that my order was ready, I headed to Pentagon city. When I entered the store I was greeted and I explained I was there to pick up an item. The associate went in the drawer, found my bag, gave it to me and told me to have a nice day. No interest in confirming that I had the right item or if I possibly wanted to purchase something else.
