The staff here are very disrespectful to customers. When I entered the store, there were three employees who were free but no one wanted to assist me. Then a younger staff member was asked to serve me, but throughout the entire buying and selling process, the atmosphere in the store was very cold and it seemed like they didn’t want to help me at all. I did purchase a product, but I feel that the way they operate here is very poor.

I visited Swarovski with a friend to find a gift, and Sahana, the crystal specialist, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in finding the perfect gift for us. However, our experience was somewhat marred by the behavior of another South Asian staff member, who seemed unprofessional and distracted. She was really rude in her interactions with both customers and coworkers. She didn’t know how to interact with people. tried to go into the store at 8:15pm on a wednesday (06/11/25) and they were already closed. wouldn’t let us in even though they should close at 9pm.

store rep Gracy, and manager Nadia were very helpful and patient. went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and would highly recommend asking for either of them for any of your needs

Sales associate Gracy was suuppperr sweet and helpful. She went through all the earrings for me as I was unsure with my choice. Give that girl a raise! Thank you so much Gracy for you help.
