Zoe was very friendly and personable. This only warrants 2* because of her, sadly, the same car be said about the others there and one in particular deserves a 0. Parissa is very rude. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we experienced at this jewelry store on **July 1st(afternoon).**The Asian lady who was working that day was incredibly rude and unprofessional towards my friends. The employee Parisa is very condescending. She needs to have her role re-evaluated as both her customer service skills and comprehension skills are lacking.
Purchased a gift for my wife and wasn’t sure about her size so I bought the one I thought would fit her. Next day we wanted to exchange sizes and rep Parisa assisted us. Honestly she was kind of rude and always had snarky comments throughout the transaction. I think this place needs a refresh of new staff apparently according to the other reviews.
