tried to go into the store at 8:15pm on a wednesday (06/11/25) and they were already closed. wouldn’t let us in even though they should close at 9pm.
store rep Gracy, and manager Nadia were very helpful and patient. went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and would highly recommend asking for either of them for any of your needs
Sales associate Gracy was suuppperr sweet and helpful. She went through all the earrings for me as I was unsure with my choice. Give that girl a raise! Thank you so much Gracy for you help.
Went in the store 3 days ago specifically with my eyes on the Ariana Grande collab and knew what I wanted to buy. Unfortunately, no associate greeted me or asked if I needed help and went straight to a couple who came into the store after me but were looking at more pricey pieces. I felt as though I was being stereotyped as someone who was not going to buy anything although I went in with intention. I ended up going to another location. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service.
