Maryna the assistant store manager is very uninterested in helping customers and cold when you ask for help. Not a pleasant experience with her. Parisa on the other hand is very cooperating and willing to help out
Had a wonderful experience at Swarovski. I went in completely clueless about buying a birthday gift for my friend, but the lady who helped us — I don’t remember her name, though her badge said “Crystal Expert” — was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She took great care of us, patiently answered all our questions, and helped us choose the perfect gift. I came here a few days ago to look for some gift ideas for my friend’s birthday!, staff was so lovely and all recommended some necklaces and earrings to me, which I ended up buying a set!, the atmosphere too was very welcoming and the store was so clean, all the displays looked beautiful and overall I had a very pleasing experience!! Will definitely be coming again!
