I came here a few days ago to look for some gift ideas for my friend’s birthday!, staff was so lovely and all recommended some necklaces and earrings to me, which I ended up buying a set!, the atmosphere too was very welcoming and the store was so clean, all the displays looked beautiful and overall I had a very pleasing experience!! Will definitely be coming again!
I am writing this review to document a highly inconsistent and time-wasting return experience. On my first visit (weekend), the Assistant Store Manager told me that my return could not be processed at that time and asked me to come back during the week when the Store Manager would be available. A couple of days ago, I bought a proposal ring. I was served by Aysha, the consultant. This was the best experience I've ever had with any jewelry purchase. With extensive experience in purchasing various beautiful items and jewelry, I can say that this woman provided the highest quality customer service I've ever seen.
