Paige and Rebecca are rockstars! The evening before my wedding I brought in a borrowed Swarovski necklace, looking for an extender. The necklace is no longer made and they didn’t have any of its extenders on hand— but they managed to find a chain and with a little adjustment from Rebecca’s pliers it worked perfectly. They were patient and so kind; and they didn’t even know it was for my wedding; they were just willing to help:

My husband had bought me a ring in 2021. The women that we bought the ring with said that if we save the box, the receipt, and bring the ring in they would redip it and make it look brand new.
