Worst experience. We asked about returning a ring past the 14-day policy and showed our chat with their live agent. Instead of helping, the sales associate dismissed it and even asked if it was “ChatGPT.” Unprofessional and disrespectful. Never again.
This was a while ago but I never forgot my experience here. The manager was annoying to deal with. I came in after I placed an order and she was sort of giving me crap that I came in before I got the other pick up email I was supposed to get. I went to Swarovski today to pickup my online order. I actually forgot the name of the girl who helped me. I just wanna say if she’s reading this review, thank you so much for treating your customer very respectfully, humbly and welcoming .
My boyfriend and I went to Swarovski yesterday and I just want to acknowledge Reginia’s amazing service. I love going to Swarovski & would definitely recommend shopping with her!
