Very disappointed with Swarovski’s after-sales service. I brought in broken necklaces expecting a brand of this level to stand behind their products, but they refused to repair or properly resolve the issue. For jewelry at this price point, basic durability and customer support should be a given. Instead, I was left with unusable pieces and no real solution. The customer service is so rude here! I have been to say many locations and everyone is super nice except this location! They had a rude reply to everything we would say and had zero listening skills.

Консультантка дуже засмутила, зовсім не привітливо відповідала і начебто їй всеодно. Залишились дуже засмучені, потрібно було вирішувати свої проблеми самим.

Консультантка залишила мене дуже сумною після відвідування цього магазину. Мені хлопець зробив пропозицію, прийшли міняти розмір кільця, а консультантка не усміхнено, байдуже не змогла нам допомогти, нам прийшлось самим вирішувати проблему, вийшла дуже засмучена звідти. Не рекомендую.
