Was talking with an associate and mid-conversation, she turned around to answer another customers request, and completely ignored me to assist them. First experience here, so just left for Pandora instead.
I was looking for a certain retired bracelet about a month ago and contacted the Store Manager, Jeannie, via the phone and she was of great assistance to me in keeping me informed as to when the bracelet would arrive at her location. This was a good month before it would be there. She promised to notify me as soon as it came in the store and followed up when it did arrive.
