I did not like the workers at this specific store. I came 2 times, and both times I was the only customer. Out of the 3 different workers that I met, only 1 of them was actually useful when she told the other worker to waive an up charge for an exchange of the same item in a different size (price had increased $10 when I came back 1 week later). Courtney was very helpful in setting aside a ring I would need replaced - she did her due diligence and ensured they had stock available to re-order after our call, noticed the stock was low, and called me back to let me know she kept their last ring of my size aside for when I was ready to exchange with no pressure for me to rush over and exchange. I appreciate that she went above what was asked of her in our call, and that she ensured that I would be able to replace my ring that has lots of sentimental value. Go Courtney!

You should not trust this store. It is a scam, including their customer service. This was my first time buying online from this store. I successfully placed an order during their sale, but just five minutes later, they sent me an email saying my order had been canceled. I tried many times with different cards, but it still didn’t work. So I waited until the sale ended and tried to buy the same item again. And guess what? The store is really pretty — everything sparkles and it definitely feels like a spot where you can find a special gift or treat yourself. It’s in Rideau Centre, so it’s super easy to pop in while you’re already shopping. Service can be hit or miss, but when it’s good, the staff are sweet and helpful.
