I bought a ring on the 30th of September 2024. I did my proposal to my fiancée just yesterday. Which means that I have never opened the package til yesterday night. Customer service was terrible. The ladies were so certain we couldn't resize the sterling silver and diamond ring. They advised it's impossible. We went to magpie and they confirmed they could do it and that we got false information. A bad experience with this purchase...won't be back there.
