i just got a gift from a family friend at your guys yorkdale location. I’m reviewing this store exactly 1 month after I attended due to being so busy. I bought a bracelet as a gift but returned to the store for some assistance as the bracelet kept getting tangled. An older Asian woman helped me but it was not that great. She said she could do nothing for the bracelet and simply untangled it. When I asked if this was common for Swarovski she just shrugged her shoulders. When I asked for tips or what to do in the future, she blamed me for getting a bracelet that tangles a lot.
