So I call 4 times during operating hours and no one answered. I received an email that my package is ready for pick up and when I got there the store was boarded up and it a sign saying temporary closed. Should I be worried? No one is picking up at customer service too.

i just got a gift from a family friend at your guys yorkdale location. One of your staff members were pushing me to try on the expensive  jewelry on me then she ripping us off with the price and my mom show her the normal price online and when we were paying for the bracelet and we went to the counter and one of your staff got mad at my mom for not putting the earrings into the normal package it was a gift from a friend. who those earrings were bought from alberta and i found this service unbelievable that way your guys sta... read more
I’m reviewing this store exactly 1 month after I attended due to being so busy. I bought a bracelet as a gift but returned to the store for some assistance as the bracelet kept getting tangled. An older Asian woman helped me but it was not that great. She said she could do nothing for the bracelet and simply untangled it. When I asked if this was common for Swarovski she just shrugged her shoulders. When I asked for tips or what to do in the future, she blamed me for getting a bracelet that tangles a lot.
