Thank you James for accommodating me over the phone. I placed a pickup order for my mom even though I’m in the mainland, and he made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Amazing customer service and so kind. Truly appreciate the help!
Customer service lacking. The staff at the Swarovski store in Ala Moana treat you much better.
