The Sparky store at the Desert Hills premium outlets was very well stocked very nice jewelry not all of it super expensive. Some of it was very nice what I would call custom jewelry when I came in one of the sales associates was helping lady try on some of the jewelry and she seemed to be doing everything with excellence. I have produced the pen that I thought was Swarovski but it was another name, but that began with S and unfortunately, I could not get a refill for my pen which was not their fault. I walked in with my friend with no intention of purchasing anything and merely just to look around. We were greeted by Siann who was not only incredibly kind but also extremely knowledgeable about the products! She was so patient with many of our questions- We ended up both leaving with great jewelry thanks to her help. Hands down the best customer experience I had in a long time, thanks to Siann!

Pamela and Angela were super helpful, my friend and I each got some really cute earrings here. If you come here often, you should absolutely sign up for the rewards program, it’s worth it!
